• "FAL License": The advertising license issued by REGA.

You may use the Muthla platform for lawful purposes only, and you must:

• Provide correct, accurate, and complete information when filling out inquiry forms.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Respect the rights of other users and the platform’s policies.
• Comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all your dealings.

Muthla is committed to displaying properties accurately and transparently. We comply with the following:

• All real estate ads are licensed with an advertising number issued by REGA.
• We hold a valid FAL license for professional practice.
• All property information is verified with the owner or developer before publication.

However, the prices, specifications, images, and information displayed may change without prior notice and do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to negotiate.

When submitting an inquiry through the platform, you agree to:

• Sales agents contacting you through the channels you provided (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Storing your data in our CRM system to serve you better.
• Receiving messages related to your request and inquiry follow-up.

All content on the Muthla platform — including the logo, texts, images, designs, source code, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Muthla Real Estate or licensed to it.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the company.

It is strictly prohibited to do any of the following when using the platform:

• Entering false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Attempting to hack the platform or exploit its security vulnerabilities.
• Using automated programs (bots) to extract data.
• Sending offensive, racist content, or content that violates public morals.
• Marketing communication with sales agents for non-real estate purposes.
• Violating any law or regulation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The platform is provided "as is", and Muthla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information at every moment.

Muthla assumes no responsibility for:

• Investment or purchasing decisions you make based on the information displayed.
• Any technical interruption or temporary malfunction on the website.
• Content of external sites linked to our platform.
• Disputes that may arise between contracting parties outside our mediation scope.

To the extent permitted by law, Muthla Real Estate, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

Our maximum liability — in all cases — is limited to the limits stipulated in the applicable Saudi regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted accordingly.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to consider it.

Muthla reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of modifications constitutes implicit acceptance.
